Dover Pond is a 6.5 acre property located in Ella Township in the Dover Pond subdivision of Deer Park. Dover Pond was donated in 1989 by Landmark Homes as LCLC’s first substantial land acquisition,. The majority of the parcel is water (being part of a larger 24 acre pond) with a strip of dryer land found along the eastern boundary that supports mainly cattails and sandbar willows. The outlet for the pond is located at the Southeastern corner adjacent to LCLC’s property.  Surrounding land use is single family residential.
